Fantastic view of the piazza from the balcony.

Good breakfast, room was not as shown in the internet as a picture, but with the 3rd attempt we were offered a room that roughly met our expectations.

Pictures on the homepage do not correspond to the room in the hotel.

The breakfast was very good and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is pleasant and the serving staff - especially Cristian - helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is ideal. Most of the sights are within walking distance. WLAN also works well in the room.

The small, fine hotel does not have its own restaurant, which is a "whining on a high level". There are many trattorias in the immediate vicinity of the hotel where you can eat.

Air conditioning issues left the room uncomfortable!!! Noise from the street was disruptive at night!!! Confusing light switches made the room less enjoyable!!!

The kids enjoyed the lounge room and the cool atrium with its unique metal trees. The only downside was the dim lighting in the room, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. Tip, make sure to take a moment to appreciate the art scattered throughout 😊

We appreciated this stay. The breakfast was great with quality products, the staff was consistently courteous! The hotel was centrally located and had a simple decor. Set near to a train station, which helped to explore Florence.
